It's customary here in the country for people to just stop by without any notice. That's why I always keep a jar of our Orange Saffron Cardamom Marmalade on hand...it's easy to whip up a plate of cheeses, bread, and crackers and simply open up the jar! It's savory, earthy, flavor pairs so well with salty and creamy cheeses. Perfect for this time of year. AND there hasn't been a time when our unexpected guests haven't finished the whole jar! Personally, I love it on sourdough toast with Kerry gold butter.
